require filed to add text/comment in Sales order details

In B4200310 (Sales order details revision), I could not see any column which i can use it for comment/text purpose in grid. Customer PO (VR01) column is already being use for integration purpose.

Please let us ,which field we can use for comment/text in standard P4210 details grid
