After running F03B680 , batch DB is leaving post mark in F03b14, but doing nothing in F0911

Hello, I found that sometimes, not always, after running R03B680, batch DB is not posting correctly with R09801, leaving post mark in F03B14 but not in F03B13, and not leaving register in F0911.

I've seen there is a BUG 34379540 , but how can I know if that error is the same case as mine?
