after installing siebel 22.10 on AWS RHEL8, webtools not opening and taking more memory

Hi all

has anyone installed Siebel 22.10 on AWS machine? we are facing an issue with webtools. its taking more time to load and later it shows blank page. when we see memory, taking more memory on server.

let us know if 32G memory sufficient on single server environment.
