What is the base table that stores the values of Reason Code field on the Inspection Details form

Hello,

We are not using oracle quality to enter the quality inspection results. When we are entering the inspection details on the form, there is a field Reason code.

I am looking for help to identify the database and column that stores values that are available on the form. Because in the table rcv_transactions there is column reason_id and the values in this column are different than the values we enter in the field reason code.
