PeopleSoft Fluid Company Directory Question - working title?

Hi, has anyone changed the company directory to display the business title (from PS_PER_ORG_ASGN) instead of the jobcode descriiption?


I know there is probably a way to do it with the app classes etc. but I was hoping someone could just specifcally tell me how to do it or give me a clue before I dig in further?
