What is the KSS used for if I am using Custom Identity and Trust Keystores?

This question is somewhat multi-layered. I am running WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4

When I start the managed server in my domain, I get a warning:

<Nov 16, 2022 5:23:57,854 PM PST> <Warning> <oracle.jps.keystore> <BEA-000000> <**************************************************************

* Demonstration CA was found in use in this environment.   *

* This deployment may be vulnerable to security attacks.   *

* Replace the Demonstration CA with a custom CA immediately. *

****************************************************************>

I have looked at many articles that talk about how to remediate this warning. I need to use WLST to add a custom certificate authority to the kss\system\castore and kss\system\trust keystores. I can do this but I'm confused

My WebLogic domains are already using Custom Identities and Trusts. When I go to the keystores tab in the WebLogic Console you can see I have custom ones set:
