Does PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 provide a solution for MA 1099-HC reporting?

We now have employees in MASS and will need to comply with their healthcare mandate - which means filing MA 1099-HC. I cannot find this under ACA processing. Does PeopleSoft support this requirement? If so - is there any documentation available?
