FSA Rate Calculation Question

Oracle/OAB version 12.2.11

The FSA annual max is 3,050. We have 24 pay periods. Because $3,050 is not evenly divisible, the biweekly deduction is being calculated at $127.08 which is $3,049.92. I know $0.08 is not a lot - but is there a way to set up the FSA element/rate to round UP to hit the intended annual contribution?
