How to cancel delivery that already ship confirmed and line status are still shipped not yet closed

Hi,

I have an issue where our user has created an internal requisition with the wrong destination organization location. the ISO has already been processed, the delivery has already been transacted and ship confirmed. But, the delivery line status is still shipped instead of interfaced. can we still cancel the delivery and put back the stock back into our inventory?
