Kernel panic issues during the OS patching (new kernel - 4.1.12-124.68.3.el7uek.x86_64)

server works fine on older kernel versions (4.1.12-124.64.3.el7uek.x86_64 / 4.1.12-124.67.3.el7uek.x86_64)

servers are brought to old kernel version now 4.1.12-124.67.3.el7uek.x86_64 (which are consistently rebooting)

kernel: mgag200 0000:03:00.0: registered panic notifier

server getting panic during patching and found above error in the /var/log/messages

Howdy, Stranger!
