How to allow employees to identify gender as other than male or female

Dans la version EBS 12.2.10 avec RUP16, we create a new employee, with the “Gender” choice to “Unknown Gender”. When we save the person, we get the error PAY-06815 : You must specify a valid gender for a new employee.
