Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I applued Delta.14, followed by RUP 11.

Should I complete the adop cycle including fs_clone and start the Completion patch, and post RUP 11 patches in a new adop cycle?

Can I apply the EBS completion patch (32573930) in the same cycle after RUP 11 is done?

Do I apply the patch 32573930 (ADSYCC) before applying EBS completion patch and check the customization issues?
