Grid data download to Excel but in HTML format, cause warning message

We are in HCM 9.2, PUM 39, PT 8.59.13

Just starting this week when download grid data to Excel, when click open the file, we get the warning message "The file format and extension of 'ps.xls' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?" We did not have this message previously.

Click "Yes" and file can be open with no issue. When we do "File, Save As", we notice the type is showing "HTM", not the usual "Excel 97-2003 Workbook".

Does anyone else have the same experience? Please share.
