T4-4 all system leds are green but the error still persists in fmadm DB

Hi,

I need your opinion about an issue we are facing in T4-4 system.

Please check the file in attach is there a dump of fmadm faulty command.

I have already installed the latest's firmware for T4-4 system and SRU 11.4.50.126.3 update for Solaris 11.4

Firmware_Version   : (OBP)4.38.16,(HC)1.4.15,(HV)1.15.16

Firmware_Release   : (OBP)2018.11.28,(HC)2018.11.28,(HV)2018.11.28

 OS_Version      : 11.4.50.126.3

The question is that no fault led's are shown, all system leds are green but the fault still persists in fmadm DB even after reparing, acquict and clear the error.
