Junk characters in processing option and missing data selection in UBE submitted by Tidal

We are using Tidal scheduler on JDE. Tidal version was upgraded recently. The new version usages " New Adapter" to connect and submit the batch jobs. We have found intermittent issue of UBE having junk characters and missing data selection when submitted by Tidal scheduler. We are on JDE9.0.2 and TR 9.2.2.8.

Have you seen this kind of issue reported by any other customer? Can you help us here?
