Project Contracts - Associating Proposal Wins with Master Agreements

EBS 12.2.7 - Our team is being asked to report proposal wins under existing master agreements we have in place. Within Project Contracts, there is a master agreement field being used with Contract records. It is not available in the proposal records. We’d like to open this field up for use with proposals and were wondering what would be required to do so.
