Employee Leave Policy Change Implications and Configs Required (EBS R12 HRMS)
We got a request from our HR team to implement a change in existing Leave Policy mentioned below, Could you please help the impact both on Configs as well as on Payroll/Termination scenarios
AS IS --> Employee can have 21 earned leaves which can carry on forward when they did not utilize.
TO BE --> Employee can only carry forward 18 earned leaves when they did not utilize in that financial calendar.
