Any suggestion for RMA fyi notification in AME

Dears,

Good day.

Kindly be informed that we want to make a "For your information" rule in AME related to RMA, but when we created it, we noticed that the notification requires approval.

There is Oracle note which confirmed that the FYI notification is not working with RMA.

Therefore, is there any suggestion to make it in system?

Noting that our version is 12.2.7
