Insert/Delete too much slow after upgrading to 19c (19.16) from 11gR2 (11.2.0.4)

Hi all,

after upgrading Oracle Database 19c from 11gR2, we are observing too much time spent in "db file sequential read" when we delete the entire table partition (with the delete statement and not with truncate partition).

The difference of elapsed times is so big.

Please, any idea for tuning the Oracle Database Instance?
