Create Releases not happening after Purchase Requisition after Job Order Release for an OSP Item

This was working fine before upgrade form 12.2.7 to 12.2.9.

Also the Order number is not visible in the Purchase Requisition Summary created.

All the Setups required for the OSP Proces is availble and no issue with that.
