FSA Limit error message based on maximum amount

Our FSA/HSA maximums are dated 1/1/2023 on the Plan Attribute table. Our FSA Event rule says coverage begins on Month-Begin On/Aft Event Dt. I hired a biweekly paid test employee effective 12/4/2022 and online enrollment is applying the max using the Plan Attribute value as of 1/1/2022 instead of 1/1/2023 and generating an error if the employee selects an amount greater than the 1/1/2022 value. Is there a way to get around this?
