Prevent second credit hold after manual release for request date change...

Hi, Order Management 12.2.10: My order goes on credit hold and then is manually released. The user then needs to change the requested date or he decreases the order amount. The order is in booked status and is Awaiting Shipping. We do not want a second credit hold applied. On the Credit Check rule, I checked the box Override Manual Release and entered a very small tolerance (ie. .1%). SInce the date changes has no dollar impact, I would think it would not go on a second credit hold, but it does. Also
