Permission denied issues when trying to FTP to a report output file to another server

Hi,

PS 9.2 Tools 8.57

I seem to be getting a permission denied message similar to Doc ID 2435364.1 I would like to know what the solution, "The PeopleSoft Administrator provide the instance folder full permissions to help the drilldown run to success." means. What are we talking about when it says "instance folder"
