Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to create a dynamic report bases where year and corresponding quater need to be created

Need to create dynamic RTF where year need to increase and corresponding quater.

Example If we have Item 1 and it has value as 200 and that value belongs to Q4 2022 then 200 should reflect under Q4.

If we have another item 2 and has a value of 300 and value belongs to Q1 2023 then item 2 will be in Q1 2023
