Upgrade ODA to 19.16 with "Data Preserving Reprovisioning" support standby database?

Hi

I am trying to upgrade an ODA x6 HA from 18.7 to 19.16 directly using the "Data Preserving Reprovisioning" method, there is a standby database in the ODA node 1 and when I try to run detach-node for the node, some exceptions occur

Failed to find configuration info for database 'o1hp'

Exception occurred: DB discovery failed, Cause: Not all components discovered for

database 'o1hp'

Is this upgrade method support standby database?
