Oracle database 19c SE2 Licensing for virtualized environments (VMware ESXI)

Hi

i hope this is the right location to ask my question :) .

Maybe you can pinpoint me to some official statements for Oracle licensing on VMware esxi for a SE2 license in 19C. I am really struggling to find some official information about that.

Our client wants to run ONE Oracle db guest system (running one single instance db,multitenant) on a VMware ESXI host together with other (none oracle) guestsystems.

What license does the client need? would one SE2 be sufficient if the host does not have more then 2 Sockets?
