Delegation of requisition approvals in requisition self service module (system 43E)

Hi All

Please share your thoughts on the following queries pertaining to the RSS (Requisition Self Service) module in JDE 9.2

1) Is approval delegation in RSS module (using P9886662) a standard JDE feature similar to the delegation of PO/Requisition approval in Procurement module (system code 43) in JDE?

2) Also , is there a standard JDE way to automatically delegate all the open unapproved requisitions to the new approver after the delegation setup is done in RSS module?

In Procurement module (system 43), once the delegation is done from approver A to B using P43280 , all the open unapproved orders are automatically delegated to the new approver B in P43081 screen
