About Item Availability in Sales order mixed Soft / Hard commitment

JDE EnterPriseOne 9.2. Warehouse with LOT / Locations. Setup Availability = on Hand - Soft - Hard.

Item A onHand=2 EA , not reserved. Good in one Location.

Create Sales order to Customer Item A Quantity =1 without select LOT/Location. Save order. Then correct Softcommit to Primary bin (empty LOT/Location) =1. This is correct. Show Availability = 1.

Next create new order and enter (select by Location) Location (and LOT) and Quantity enter = 2 . Not error/ warning. Save order.

Look to Availability. On Hand=2, reserved: 1 Soft, 2 Hard. Availability = -1. Over reservation...

What not work correct?
