How does Oracle choose a cost type for a transaction?

Let´s take one example.

I have one item with 3 different cost types. So, the unit cost is different between this 3 cost types.

If a transaction is made for this item (let´s say a WIP Assembly Scrap transaction), how does Oracle know which cost type will be used to calculate the cost of this transaction?

Or, where can I look for this setup?

It is supposed to Oracle takes cost type A, but instead of this, is taking cost type B
