How to set up a new earnings code for New York State Grant? Since this does have special taxation (not subject to NY State or NY local tax) 

Note: If employee lives in another state and is subject to state tax in their resident state, that state is subject to tax. We don’t know if we have any that might live in another state and subject to resident state tax.
