How to Exclude specific Item Location from MRP and Item Availability Calculation

We have specific Item Location to keep Scrap, Rejected and Quarantine Item and would like to exclude it from MPR process and Item Availability Calculation.

Need your help and advise on how to do it in JD Edwards Enterprise 9.2
