records stuck in rpm_stage_clearance with status W with no error message

Clearance injector job was run and it ran long

RPM_BULK_CC_PE_THREAD has 5000 entries with status 'C' -- so all completed.

However RPM_BULK_CC_PE table still shows status 'I'. so manually updated to C

After updating then the job got completed but many records got stuck with rpm_stage_clearance with status W with no error message.


can anyone tell the reason behind this on RPM V14?
