How to minimize click to add media object with the item in JDE9.2?

Hi,

Senerio: In JDE9.2 for standard application (for sapre parts and Purchasing) need to use media object to add text, picture or documents. But the users need to click number to of times to choose the option (text or URL) then write or upload the required doc. They are feeling its time consuming and want to see no +button. Thats mean on Annexes should be text and URL but no + button to choose the option.
