duplicate resource person name in the same task in project cost forcasts

Hi,

We face one issue about duplicate resource person name in the same task in project cost forcasts. we create one expenditures for a resource with 8 hours

then complete the programs 1) PRC: Distribute Labor Costs 2) PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events 3) create accounting 4) PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summarie 5) PRC: Update Project Performance Data 6)RC: Update Project Summary Amounts

later we found there is duplicate resource Actual records created in cost forcasts.

please help to advice on this issue, thanks!
