capture date of birth and person identifier for payments to individuals

From 1.1.2023 the dutch tax office needs organizations (not sure if it's only government organizations) to provide person identifier (BSN nr) and date of birth for payments done.

When a supplier is linked to an employee, this information is captured.

Also when it concerns a Payment Request from AR (Refund) and the account is linked to a party of party type PERSON, these two fields are available and can be populated.

However, a supplier is always created with party type ORG.

Where can we capture person identifier and date of birth, other than 'misusing' another field or using flexfields? With Framework personalisation I can make this information selectively available.
