Closed Project Template still available to be used in Project Creation

I was to close a Project Template so that it is no longer available to be used for Project creation. I have end dated the template with the same date as the start date (01JAN-2013) and have changed the status to CLOSED. However it is still available to be selected and used (via the Copy to.. option) to create new Projects.

How can I stop this being available so that it is never used again?
