mass update Vendor Data - data cleanse

wondering for AP Vendors, for example, is there a way to mass update some records, so example if we noticed the city for several addresses had spelling errors since this is an open text field – is there a way to put all the changes needed in a spreadsheet or upload file of some sort and update multiple records at once?
