Orphaned database restore points in ODA version 19.10

Hi all,

We found old, automatically set, restore points on different databases after an upgrade from 11g -> 19.10c on ODA (version 19.10).

In which scenarios does the ODA set automatic restore points and when are they deleted again?

Before starting the upgrade, we manually set guaranteed restore points - did this make sense (best practice) or not?
