Advanced pricing on item price groups with Cat codes

the item price group has been revised and so the cat codes, however the price for the item price is not changed, however it looks at the Catcode and retrieves the new price. I need to have the price set up from the item price group and not from the Cat code. this are only for few order types. please can you assist
