DMZ external server url redirects to internal server in Oracle Ebs 12.2.4

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Our dmz external server url redirects to internal server url when entered in a browser. The two server(external and internal) share the same database. The external server does not have entries of internal server in mod_wl.ohs.conf file and apps.conf like other solution suggest.

Please assists with this issue, it has been weeks trying to solve it but with no progress.
