Final close for PO (Related Journals and Encumbrance effects)

Dears,

We attempted to finally close a PO line that was partially received and billed.

So, What is the expectations for encumbered amount for that particular line after applying final closure? Will this amount be unreserved and then reflected to fund available?

And what is the expected behavior in case we apply it for PO header level?
