Append OL objects from previous version into newer release

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

I am trying to copy OL objects(F9861) into a new custom environment I created using R98403 with processing options 0-blank-1-Y whenever I run it i get a blank report with no failed inserts or completed inserts(i know i am in proof mode i just need to see how many changes will be made) any work around's?
