Deleting records from F00165

Hi,

We have 10 records in F00165 [Media Objects storage] file that were initially added via Item Master Notes but we found out they were printing on Invoices because they were not excluded.  

We deleted them from F4101 but they are still showing on Invoices. There are no error messages - only the side effect of the "deleted" notes printing on invoices now.

Can the records be deleted from F00165 with no secondary issues? Are there other tables we need to consider?
