Custom Tiles with Custom Icons

Migrating to PeopleTools 8.59.02 HCM with Fluid interface. Custom Icons with Custom Tiles are visible when using FireFox 51.0.1 (32bit) browser but not Chrome 104.0.5112.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) or Edge Version 107.0.1418.56 (Official build) (64-bit). They are blank with Chrome or Edge.
