Job Data Modernization-What is best way to process corrections when Page and Field Config used

We are using 9.2 PT 8.59 current through image 41. We do have the Review Process (Correction and Retroactive) option selected on the installation table.

When we test making corrections we are finding that as we review the rows on top of the effective dated record we corrected that the top rows are limited by the Page and Field configuration settings for those rows' action/reasons and in some cases don't show the field that needs to be corrected from the inserted correction. Is there any way to allow corrections to bypass the normal page and field limitations by action/reasons for updates? We are also finding that our inserted corrections are not causing the triangle warning to show on the review page.
