Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I try to do a new full compile but always recive the next errors

I shoud to mentioned that I can to do a incremental compile without problem, I insist all of this happen only if I try to do a full compile
