Event Code ISWNI-3811-5 During Import of Excel File - For Only Select Users
P6 PPM v 21.12 remote database using MSSQL accessed via Citrix Cloud App and Desktop Installation.
More than one of our users have reported a crash during the import of data in an Excel file, while at least one user is able to import the same data, including the same document, without issue. The failed imports were all run against the original P6 project while the successful imports were run against both the original P6 project and a copy of the project. Screenshots of the error attached.
What could cause some users to experience a crash while other users can import the same document without any issues?
