oracle rac version is 19.17

every day at 02:04,about duration 10 second found error in DB alert log

ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/ORCL/PASSWORD/pwdorcl.297.45446787

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:open failed with status: 13

ORA-27301: OS failure message: Permission denied

ORA-27302: failure occurred at: sskgmsmr_7

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

and I check from mos Doc ID 2310640.1 , The problem is still exists. all connect to database system user is oracle. and not schedular run at problem time.and password file recreate is not work
