I am facing error ETCC not run on database node. Even after applying the latest ETCCpatch

Hello ,

I am applying the AD, TXK 14 level patch as it is my prequiste patch for applying CPU patches.

I am facing the error ETCC not run on database node. Even after downloading and applying the latest ETCC patch.

I have even tried to update my TXK_TCC_RESULTS table using the update command. Still there ae no changes and the issue persist.

While applying the ./checkDBpatch in the log file it is displaying as below

'patch mapping cannot be done. cannot update the table TXK_TCC_RESULTS'.

Kindly, help me to resolve the issue.
