SDP offer/answer - protocol related question

Hello,

This is a SIP/SDP related question...

May PRACK contain an SDP body with a codec offer if it follows an INVITE with an offer? Should UPDATE be used instead?

Alice calls Bob and either party support PRACK.

Alice sends an INVITE with a codec offer (three codecs - c1, 2, 3).

Bob responds 18x with an answer (two codecs: c1 and c2)

Alice sends PRACK with c1 and c2.

Is this callflow legal?
